When I was 20 years old in my sophomore year of college my mom passed away unexpectedly in her sleep from high blood pressure . It was a devastating time for me. My mom was a great cook but the food she consumed over time along with other factors contributed to her passing. Shortly after her passing I was forced to drop out of college and found myself homeless. By the grace of God I made it through to where I’m at today. Through the years I never knew I would have my own seasoning but life and the path I was placed on resulted in me working in the restaurant industry for over 10 plus years. In that time I gained tons of knowledge and experience in cooking which ultimately lead to me creating my own all purpose signature seasoning blend. My mom is the inspiration behind my seasoning blend. Though an unhealthy eating lifestyle contributed to her passing, my hopes is that Dirty Moe Seasoning Blend helps contribute to others lives being extended while still enjoying the foods they love!
